A wam welcome to YFS at the Euros, a pop up website covering Euro 2024. Our journalists from across Scotland will give their unique take on the action in Germany, bringing you to the heart of the action.
It all kicks off tomorrow and Scotland, led by skipper Andy Robertson, will be looking to cause an upset against hosts Germany. In 2018 some of our young journalists were lucky enough to interview Andy, where he spoke about his own youth career, which had plenty of challenges as he made his way from grassroots football into the academy system, before dropping down the leagues.
The Scotland squad is packed with stories of players who have developed at different rates, before making the plane to Germany, hoping to make history for their country.
